In accordance with the Citizen Request Policy, the Town of Atikokan is committed to addressing the concerns of citizens in a fair and consistent manner. To submit a citizen request, please complete the form below.

Paper forms are available at the Atikokan Municipal Office, or you can print a copy of the form here and submit it to the Municipal Office in person, by mail or by email to info@atikokan.ca

Verbal notices of routine Public Works matters will be received and investigated by the Public Works Foreman at (807) 597-2135.
