2022 Municipal and School Board Election

The 2022 Municipal and School Board election was held on Monday, October 24, 2022.

The term of the 40th Council began November 15, 2022 and concludes November 14, 2026.

This was the Town of Atikokan’s first election using internet and telephone voting. 1,140 ballots were cast in the election with a voter turnout percentage of 56.19%. Atikokan’s voter turnout was the 14th highest in Ontario.
